- Prices are quoted by volume, product line and packing requirements.
- Prices exclude 10% VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed by phone, Zalo or email before production.
Policies
Clear from quotation
to delivery.
Applies to KHOCAPHE.VN toll roasting and wholesale coffee. Specific terms follow the signed quotation or contract.
Delivery
- Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Other provinces: 3–5 working days.
- Same-day roast and delivery on request.
Payment & invoicing
- Bank transfer or as agreed in the quotation/contract.
- Full VAT invoices; quality declaration documents on request.
Quality & returns
- Every lot carries a printed lot code and a retained reference sample.
- Products with manufacturing defects are replaced or resolved after checking the retained sample.
- Please contact us promptly after receipt, quoting the lot code on the pack.
Recipe confidentiality
- Customer roast profiles, blend ratios and brand information are stored separately.
- A customer’s recipe is never used for other products or customers.
Privacy
- Information submitted through our forms is used only for consultation, quotations and delivery.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties other than carriers.
- You may request deletion at info@khocaphe.vn.
